We find you all to be a pleasure to work with. All staff are incredibly helpful and flexible when booking appointments and often work at incredibly short notice yet seem to always accommodate our needs. The sample collectors are very reliable, work well with the clients and will wait for a long period of time if the client has not arrived. Reports are always sent on time and easy to understand.
