Our Court Bundle service includes:
- Preparing essential documents – including applications and orders, statements and affidavits, lab test results, expert commentaries and other case management notes.
- Assembling the Court Bundle – pagination, printing and photocopying, and distribution to multiple parties.
- Filing the Court Bundle well in advance of your scheduled hearing to make sure court penalties are avoided.
- Archiving the Court Bundle for the statutory 6-year period – either digitally, using our own Electronic Document Exchange, or physically in a secure off-site storage facility.
